Where is Crowd Control active

You will only have access to CC in the SMP server, In the over world CC viewer interactions are aloud in the Drop Zone and in the Streamer Zone in the over world. In the nether and the end it is permitted to be used through the world in those 2 dimensions. The streamer zone in the over world starts at x=20,000 and up to 40,000 Your streamer interactions will simply not work while outside these zones.

Common Sense

If your base or extension to your base is in the Overworld you build and claim land in the streamer/drop zones so that your CC features will always work. If you dont wanna loose dono items or items your care about then keep those items somewhere safe while CC is activated or dont enabled those viewer abilities on your CC button panel. Basically review your viewer button panel and disable what you don't want to happen.
